WATERMANS PRE WAR

The first patent of the first Fountain pen was issued to L.E.Waterman in1884 and in many collectors opinion some of the finest pens ever made were produced by Waterman's in the 20's and 30's. Waterman Patricians are particularly sought after. The early Hard rubber examples have beautifully soft nibs and come in an array of styles

Extremely Rare and historically important Watermans 54 in Cardinal Red Hard Rubber. Special Edition issued to each member of the famous 1929 Around Pacific Cruise. On September 21, 1929, three hundred and fifty-six millionaires set sail from San Francisco on an ambitious ninety-day, twenty-four thousand mile odyssey aboard the fastest and most luxurious ship in the Pacific, the SS Malolo.
